Siren can be acquired by drawing it from the boss Elvoret on top of the Dollet tower (after your beat Wege and Biggs). If you missed it it can be drawn latter on in the game on disk 4 in Ultemecia’s castle from the boss Tripoint.

* When Siren is at level 100 (and only level 100) you can use her Tool – RF ability to refine 100 Cursed Spikes into a Dark Matter. Dark Matter teaches Quistis her ultimate limit break, Shockwave Pulsar. Alternatively Dark Matter can be converted into a Luck – J scroll.
The quickest way of getting Cursed Spikes is to go to the Deep Sea Research Centre and mug Triface’s. You will find Triface’s on the first level on the way down to fight Ultima Weapon.
